The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, registered under Sections 376/313/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that there is inordinate delay of six months in lodging FIR without plausible explanation. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70924 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
