Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 499 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-A), 25 (1-AA) and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against petitioner is of recovery of one country made pistol, five live cartridges and one mobile from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in Para-3 of the petition and he is in custody since 27.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
