2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 27.08.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sessions Trial No. 730/2016 arising out of Singhia P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016 having earlier been rejected by order dated 17.10.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 45201 of 2017.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
