Petitioner seeks bail in Nasriganj(Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Informant has alleged snatching of Rs. 2,10,000/- from his possession by three unknown motorcycle borne miscreants and in snatching the amount, the Informant received pellet injury in his thigh. Informant has further alleged that if the culprits are brought before him, he could identify them but even thereafter no TIP has been conducted.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that material against petitioner is his own confession before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37771 of 2018(3) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 Police. It has been further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017.
