The present appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty to the appellant to file appropriate statutory appeal before the appropriate authority within a period of four weeks from today.

If such statutory appeal is filed, the authority shall consider and decide the same uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned order dated 29.06.2017 and dispose it of expeditiously.
