The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the petitioner granted liberty to renew the prayer for the bail after completing one year of custody in jail. (S. Kumar, J) Rajiv/manoj U T
