Petitioner is accused in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 registered under Section 414/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.08.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
