JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. i) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus seeking direction to Respondents to grant him promotion upon the post of A.D.O. from the date when his Juniors were promoted as the name of petitioner was left out without any reason although he was senior and thus he has discriminated from other similarly situated persons.

ii) For issuance of appropriate writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.15769 of 2023(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/3 in the nature of Mandamus seeking direction to Respondent to make correction and revise seniority list which was prepared and published by Memo No. 15 dated 25.01.2022 tentatively and petitioner has raised objection before Deputy Managing Director (Personal), Bihar State Power Holding Company but his objection was unanswered and petitioner is deprived from promotional and consequential benefit as has been granted to other similarly situated person."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited i.e. the respondent no. 1 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited i.e. the respondent no. 1, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
