2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 22.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 18242 of 2010.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that

Patna High Court MJC No.3763 of 2017 dt.17-07-2019 2/2 all the dues have now been received by the petitioner save and except pension for part of the period for which claim has been made. It is stated that the question of law having a direct bearing on payment of the petitioner's remaining pension is a subject matter of Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court.

4.As prayed on behalf of the petitioner, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities if and when occasion so arises after disposal of the matter by Hon'ble Full Bench.
