ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner are in custody since 12.09.2019 in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1722 of 2019) registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioners but they are merely bystanders. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
