JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 16.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57394 of 2017 in connection with Chandauti (Chakand) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Section 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and there is allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the deceased causing his death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been in judicial custody for more than two years and uptil now trial has not been concluded.

Heard learned A.P.P. also as well as learned counsel for the informant ad perused the report, from which, it appears that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined in this case and the case is pending for inquest report.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments.
