The petitioner is accused in connection with Birpur (Bhimnagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR but in course of investigation, police apprehended the petitioner and got his confessional statement, showing the recovery of theft motorcycle from the house of Irsad Safi. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in Bipur P.S. Case No. 353 of 2016 but in that case, he is on bail and he is in custody since 19.07.2019 in the present case.

No.67914 of 2019(3) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Birpur (Bhimnagar O.P.)
