JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2018 The learned counsel for the respondents seeks to file a supplementary counter-affidavit. Let the same be taken on record.

The learned counsel for the respondents, referring to paragraph- 7,8 and 9, has submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and the service book of the petitioner has been sent to the District Accounts Officer, Patna vide letter dated 12.4.2018 and after verification of the same, the differences of salary shall be paid to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17149 of 2017 (2) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Accounts Officer, Patna to verify the service book of the petitioner and send the same back to the concerned authorities within a period of four weeks from today. It is further directed that the concerned authority shall make payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
