2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 216 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of baseless and concocted allegation. The victim girl in her statement has said that she had left the house of her own. The petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74357 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 216 of 2023.
