The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 415 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that they have stolen Rs. 85,000/- cash from the dickey of the motorcycle of the informant. The petitioners are in custody since 30.03.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioners have remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66205 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 415 of 2019.
