2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused have looted the motorcycle.

4. The materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is accused in nine similar cases.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the criminal antecedent and the nature

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74174 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
