JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 409 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 504, 506 of IPC. As per F.I.R., there is allegation against the petitioner that he called upon the informant and demanded Rangdari and also snatched away the mobile phone and other articles from him. Apart from that he is accused in two more cases also, one of which is of the Arms Act and other is of IPC sections. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is Ward Commissioner and due to political rivalry, he has falsely been implicated.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the F.I.R. and antecedent, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69227 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 bail to the petitioner. However, he has to surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned court below.
