2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of nephew of the informant by means of hockey stick. Doctor has found the injury caused by this petitioner to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the simple injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75364 of 2024(3) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P. S. Case No. 186 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
