The petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 930 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioners is assaulting son of informant Abhishek Kumar by iron rod and lathi causing grievous injuries on his head, as such I am not inclined to enlarge petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.

However, petitioners are granted liberty to renew
