The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner having armed with gun, pistol came at the house of the informant and opened fire and co-accused Om Prakash Yadav opened fire, on account of which the informant sustained injuries under her eyes.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has

The petitioner is alleged to be a member of unlawful assembly. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II, Jhanjharpur in connection with Phulparas P.S. case No.133 of 2018.
