2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Session Trial No. 88/2024, arising out of Forbisganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 924 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have killed the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 09.10.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner bears clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is
