The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Forbisganj P.S. Case No. 394 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per FIR is of impersonation in getting the sale-deed executed by other co-accused in place of informant and allegation against the petitioner is that he was the attesting witness to the sale-deed.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except that he was attesting witness to the sale-deed there is nothing against him and there is no involvement of the petitioner and he has nothing to do with the sale-deed and not beneficiary of

Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner may surrender and make a prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below considering the submission as above and the court below will pass appropriate order, preferably on the same day.
