The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 718 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 370, 290, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 5, 7, 8 of Immoral Traffic Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that she was involved in immoral human trafficking. The petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
