1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For directing the Collector cum District Magistrate, West Champran, Bettiah (respondent No.3) to decide the ICDS appeal RM case No.

04/2021 without any further delay and ii. Also, for restraining the respondents from initiating appointment process for the post ofAngwanwadi Sevika in Panchayat Belsandi, ward No. 05, Block Gaunaha."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the District Magistrate, Betttiah, West Champaran, to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 24.06.2020, which has been numbered as RM Case No.04/2021, within a stipulated time frame.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Betttiah, West Champaran, to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, in case the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
