The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Vibhutipur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner has taken away Rs. 50,000/- from the bag of the informant by cutting his bag. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on mere suspicion petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
