2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 342, 308, 323, 325, 109 and 506/34 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Nawada.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of regular bail which would be considered on its merits in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77832 of 2024(4) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
