The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rivilganj P. S. Case No.110 of 2019 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioner and others brutally assaulted the father of the informant and killed him, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) kanchan/- U T
