The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, section 395 of the I.P.C. was added against unknown accused persons. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Further submission is that petitioner has clean antecedent.
