The petitioner has been in custody since 01.01.2018 in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 489 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said recoveries were not made from his conscious possession but he has been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner shall appear as and when required and has already been in jail for more than seven months. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
