This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside the order bearing memo no. 871 dated 18.09.2019 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Gaya whereby and whereunder the PDS license of the petitioner bearing Licence no. 18/2016 has been cancelled and to restore the license of the petitioner.

With consent of the parties, this writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.20856 of 2019 dt.16-10-2020 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file appeal before the respondent no. 2 against the order dated 18.09.2019 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Gaya within a period of one month from today.

In the event such appeal is filed, respondent no. 2 would dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six months thereafter.
