2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 245 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 366-A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victims.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. One of the victims namely, Rekha Kumari has said that she was in a relationship with the petitioner.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 245 of 2023.
