In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 356 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 384, 307, 379, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, an allegation has been made against the accused persons of demanding Rangadari from the Informant, the vehicle of the Informant was intercepted and the accused persons started thrashing the Informant. Allegation has been made against the present petitioner Renu Devi that she came out along with iron rod and Khanti and handed over the same to the other co-accused persons who have caused injury on the head.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34017 of 2017 (2) dt.31-07-2017 This Court, keeping in view that the petitioner is a lady, is granting privilege of anticipatory bail to her but it is made clear that this order will not be taken as a precedent to other coaccused persons. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner being lady, let the petitioner, namely, Renu Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 356 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
