2. This writ application has been filed for grant of graduate trained scale wef,. 05.12.2016 the date from which junior to him has been allowed the same and for other consequential benefits including promotion to the post of Headmaster.

3 . At the outset, learned counsel for the State by referring counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 5 and 6 submits that in compliance of departmental order

Patna High Court CWJC No.16376 of 2023(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 contained in Memo No. 1548 dated 05.09.2003 petitioner being found qualified for the payment of graduate trained scale has been allowed the same along with entire monetary benefits vide order no. 2192 dated 05.12.2003 in the pay scale of 9300-34800 in Level-7 with immediate effect i. e,. Annexure - A and hence the grievance of the petitioner has fully been redressed and as such the writ petition is fit to be disposed of.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of.
