====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both the petitioners caused injury at the head of the father of the informant. The Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners are in custody since 31.07.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chandan

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65480 of 2019(3) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 Police Station Case No. 30 of 2016, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
