The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery 15 litres of Mahua wine from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent for the same offence and he is languishing in judicial custody since 22.08.2019.
