2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.273 of 2023 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C.
3. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and her family members by means of lathi, rod etc. due to which informant side sustained injuries. It is also alleged that one of the co-accused Rahul Kumar snatched a chain made of gold from the neck of daughter-in-law of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73541 of 2023(4) dt.08-02-2024 2/2 accused persons. There is a case and counter case between both sides. The petitioner and the informant are agnates and there is a land dispute between them. In fact, petitioner also sustained injury by the informant's side. He is in custody since 21.07.2023. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the parties as well as the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.273 of 2023.
