The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 30 bottles each containing 300 ml, i.e., total 9 litres of Nepali liquor were allegedly recovered from the motorcycle which was being boarded by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.07.2017.
