2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagawan Bazar P.S. Case No. 268 of 2025 instituted under Sections 317(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found by the police dealing in stolen motorcycle. The petitioner has criminal antecedent also.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and prays for regular bail, failing which the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra will take all steps for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73233 of 2025(3) dt.21-01-2026 2/2 arrest of the petitioner.
