JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with vigilance P.S. Case No. 1 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 409, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 13(2) read with 13(1)(C)(D) of the Prevention of Corruption Act Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled against his petitioner are false, concocted and misleading. There cannot be any allegation of misappropriation of money against this petitioner as he is only the supplier of the materials for the Nagar Parishad, Siwan. Petitioner is the proprietor of the supplier company, which is a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45154 of 2017(2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 registered company. During investigation nothing has come against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 1 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
