JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 3.2.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 39493 of 2016 with a direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months and allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of truck from him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 1.5.2015 in connection with this case and not a single witness has been examined. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

No.46970 of 2018 (3) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-II, Madhubani, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 211 of 2016, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear before the trial court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
