The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The specific allegation of assault is against the co-accused. The petitioner is only the order giver.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39865 of 2017 (2) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S.
