JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 Heard Mr. Y.V.Giri, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No.145 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act were added. Regard being had to the complicity of the petitioner having been transpired during investigation of the case which relates to multiple murder and robbery, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in
