JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chandi P. S. Case No. 236 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 354B, 506, 34 of IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

As per F.I.R. petitioner is said to have teased the informant while she was going to the College and also sent obscene messages.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that both the informant and petitioner are the students and no such occurrence took place and moreover, both the parties have settled the dispute and compromise the mater, which will appear from Annexure-2.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65718 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Chandi P. S. Case No. 236 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that he will not try to threaten the informant in any way and her family members or tamper with the evidence.
