The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 309/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 7 of the E.C. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is merely a Thela puller and he has nothing to do with anything which is loaded on his Thela which is entrusted to him for delivering items from one place to another. It is submitted that he never questions which item is placed on Thela, but merely delivers the same to the given address. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

No.79652 of 2019(3) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 309/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
