2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 1171 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable u/s 47(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022 (Amended), pending in the court of learned Special Judge 1st (Excise Act), Darbhanga.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned
