The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 420/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 32, 36/41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

450 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a Tata pick-up van and on the confession of driver of pick-up van, who was apprehended on spot, this petitioner has been made accused.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Case No. 388 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
