2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 329(3), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 324(4), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 Ankit Kumar assaulted son of informant with iron rod, petitioner no. 2 assaulted daughter of informant with iron rod and petitioner no. 3 assaulted wife of informant with Lathi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, a free-fight took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. Case and counter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72380 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 case. There is no injury report on record in respect of injury caused to son and daughter of informant, however, injury, caused by petitioner no. 3 to informant's wife, is simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 426 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
