JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard the parties.

This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Karpi (Sahar Telpa) P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 354, 506/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Since the petitioner is accused of offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and there is direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain this application for anticipatory bail.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.

No.42957 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit, without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
