JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 0124 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 354, 379 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and his daughter by knife.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted, which will appear from the injury report as occurrence is of 9.6.2019 but the injured was examined on 19.6.2019.

Heard learned APP and perused the report of the Doctor, from which it appears that there was injuries on the person of informant and his daughter which are said to be grievous in nature and that shows that the occurrence is of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68934 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 9.6.2019.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He may surrender and pray for regular bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
