JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 17-01-2018 Keeping in view the grievance of the petitioner that he was not heard at the time when the matter was taken-up considering the fact that the grievance is with regard to the applicability of Section 27 of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961, and the consideration made by the Collector, Bhagalpur, seems to be ignoring the fact that the petitioner was a bataidar entitled to settle benefit.
